She is survived by : her children, Lori Pavlick (Gary), Jennifer Coone (Adam), Keith DiPasquale (Julie), James DiPasquale (Carolyn) and David DiPasquale (Brittany). She is also survived by 16 grandchildren, 5 great-grandchildren.
