He is survived by: his spouse Stacey Jones (Jarrett); his sons, Evan and Landon; his siblings, Holly (Lou), Steven (Mary) and Scott (Lori); his siblings-in-law, Kim (Jeff) and Michele (Regis); and his parent-in-law Sandy. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.

In lieu of flowers, donations may be sent to St. Margaret's Foundation; Oncology Fund.
