She was predeceased by: her parents, Regis J. Maier and Eleanor M. Maier (Zanotti). She is survived by: her husband Walter E. Heckla; her children, Kimberly Mitnick, Jonathan Heckla, Tasha and Mary; her grandsons, Keith Maiden Jr. (Angel Face), Kurt Maiden (Kurtie Burtie) and Kyle Maiden (Ky Ky); her sister Roberta Jean Legge (Maier); and her siblings-in-law, Alice Havics (Heckla) and Sam Heckla.
Visitation will be held on Monday, July 7th 2025 from 2:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the William Slater II Funeral Service (1650 Greentree Rd, Pittsburgh, PA 15220). A funeral service will be held on Monday, July 7th 2025 at 7:00 PM at the same location.
