He was predeceased by: his parents, Elvin J. Maley Sr. and Dorothy Maley (Truscott); his former wife Joanne Maley (Warhola); his siblings, Debbie Kosmisky and Michael Maley; and his niece Meredith Barnhart.
He is survived by: his wife Betsy (Mooney); his siblings, Robert Maley (Angie) and Colleen Barnhart (Robert); his siblings-in-law, Linda Maley and Rick Kosmisky (Auburn); his son Jeffrey Maley (Heather); his grandchildren, Tristan, McKenzie and Kierra; and his stepsons, Albert Dusel (Cindy) and Danny Mooney.
In lieu of flowers the family prefers donations made to the First Inited Methodist Church of Llewellyn.
