She was predeceased by: her parents, Andrew Kachonik and Anna Kachonik; her husband George; her siblings, Mary, Veronica, Patricia, Andrew Jr., John and Edward; and her siblings-in-law, Ruth, Lucy, George and Howard.
She is survived by: her children, Cynthia (Steve), Richard (Denise) and Randal; her grandchildren, Sara (David), Steven (Kelly), Lindsay and Michele (George); her great grandchildren, Liam and Elissa; her siblings, Pauline, Jane, Josephine, Elizabeth (Walter), Rosemary (Charles) and David; and her siblings-in-law, Mary Ellen and John. She is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews and cousins.
