He was predeceased by: his parents, James Kokoska and Margaret Matyas Kokoska; and his siblings, James, Richard, Joseph Kokoska and Dorothy Woodward.
He is survived by: his wife Barbara Ann Smith Kokoska; his sons, Donald J. Kokoska of Southwest Greensburg and Scott A. Kokoska (Betty) of Greensburg; his grandchildren, Dylan, Ryan, Paul Kokoska, Taylor Dills (Ryan), Zachary Kokoska (Lexi) and Brooke Kokoska; his great grandchildren, Caden Dills and Kash Kokoska; and his pet Callie. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Tuesday, May 26th 2026 from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Clement L. Pantalone Funeral Home, Inc. (409 W Pittsburgh St, Greensburg, PA 15601). A prayer will be held on Wednesday, May 27th 2026 at 9:00 AM at the same location. A Mass of Christian burial will be held on Wednesday, May 27th 2026 at 9:30 AM at the Blessed Sacrament Cathedral (300 N Main St, Greensburg, PA 15601).
