He was predeceased by: his parent Merle L.; and his son-in-law Rocco Procida. He is survived by: his parent Martha L. Stuchell (Jackson); his wife Irma J. Stuchell (Urbanowski); his child James W. Stuchell, Jr.; his wife Barbara of Florida; his grandchildren, Jacob, Alexander, Sarah, Shane Stuchell, Rocco Procida and Zachary Procida; his great grandchildren, Abigail Stuchell and Gabriel Stuchell; his brother Merle L. Stuchell (Linda) of Dallas; and also, Julie L. Procida of Pittsburgh and Jeff W. Stuchell (Bev) of Greensburg.
