Jeffrey left this world on November 13, 2025 at the age of 50, leaving a void in the lives of so many people. He was predeceased by: his pet Bella. He is survived by: his wife Ami; his daughter Mia; his brother Brian; his sister-in-law Anne; his niece Isabella; his parents, Melvin and Maxine; his grandmother Leona Moyer; his mother-in-law Bonita Malovitz; and his uncle Vince.

Visitation will be held on Monday, November 17th 2025 from 3:00 PM to 7:00 PM and at 7:00 PM at the Leo M. Bacha Funeral Home, Inc. (516 Stanton St, Greensburg, PA 15601). A celebration of life will be held on Tuesday, November 18th 2025 at 4:30 PM at the Rizzo's Malabar Inn (126 Rizzo Rd, Crabtree, PA 15624).
