She was predeceased by: her parents, Frederick Siemon and Violet Siemon (Baker); her husband James C. Casteel, Sr.; and her siblings, Boots Mori, Gladys Elwilla Siemon and Chuck Siemon.
She is survived by: her children, James Casteel, Jr., Janis Detar (Jerry) and Jon Casteel (Irene); her grandchildren, Devann Casteel, Jennifer Simpson (Bill), Joshua Detar, Josiah Detar, Trevor Casteel (Jaynee) and Kimberly Casteel; and her great grandchildren, Molly and Penny Casteel.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the Church of the Brethren.
