He was predeceased by: his parent John E. "Jack" Sr.; and his wife Debra A. Jablonsky (Karr). He is survived by: his parent Marybelle D. Jablonsky (Bishop); his children, Rachel McGrew (Nick) of Harrison City, John E. Jablonsky, III and Melanie Jablonsky; his granddaughter Emma; his mother-in-law Jean Karr of Greensburg; his siblings, Tim Jablonsky (Michelina) of Greensburg and Sharon Novakovich (Dan) of Blandon, PA; and his sisters-in-law, Sandra Stark of North Huntingdon, Cindy Brown (Ronald) of Murrysville and Sue Van Horn Marsh (Ron) of Florida. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, great nieces and great nephews.
