She was predeceased by: her parents, Harold Adams and Dorothy McGuinn (O'Neill). She is survived by: her husband Robert Czarnecki; her children, Jaclyn Czarnecki Thompson (Dan), Allison Czarnecki and Tamara Czarnecki; and her siblings, Isaac, Henry, Adelaide, Scarlett and Oliver. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, October 9th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Ott Funeral Home, Inc. (805 Pennsylvania Ave, Irwin, PA 15642).
