She is survived by: her husband Carl Buczak; her mother Carol (Sullenberger) Goddard (Jack); her sons, David Buczak and Jon Buczak (Suzanne); her grandsons, Braydon and Christopher John Buczak; her siblings, Kathy Tempo (Bruce), Kris Matiasic, Paul Koshinsky (Terri) and Kerrie George (Kevin); and her close friends, Tammy and Kelly. She is also survived by numerous aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces, and nephews.
Visitation was held on Thursday, October 30th 2025 from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM and from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Leo M. Bacha Funeral Home, Inc. (516 Stanton St, Greensburg, PA 15601). A funeral service was held on Friday, October 31st 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
