She was predeceased by: her parents, Nicholas J. Hubert and Catherine E. Gessner Hubert; and her husbands, Lynn Hoffman, Morris'Moe'Becker and Gerard J. Levesque.
She is survived by: her children, Maralynne Kubic (Robert) of Greensburg, Sandra Ross (Richard) of Greensburg, Brian Hoffman (Cheryl) of White Oak and Curtis Hoffman (Winnie) of Greensburg; her grandchildren, Amy Hall, Brent Ross (Stacey), Lindsay Kozar and Andrew Ross; her great grandchildren, Zachary Hall (Samantha), Brody Ross, Iyla, Cameron Kozar, Madison and Scarlett Snyder; her great great grandchild Taryn; and her brother Nicholas'Drew'Hubert (Pat) of Myrtle Beach, SC. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
