As we bid adieu to Mary Lu's earthly form, let us not dwell on the void left in her wake, but rather celebrate the legacy of love and inspiration Mary Lu has bequeathed us. For though she may have departed from our sight, her spirit remains a timeless beacon, guiding loved ones through the labyrinth of life's journey.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Henry James and Lucille Yeaney Magarrall; and her husband Robert E. George. She is survived by: her children, R. Keith George (Karen Louise) of Latrobe, Rebecca (Becky), Lukas (James) of Cleveland, OH, Karen Lynch (John, III) of Greensburg and Jennifer Sorenson (Ted) of Middletown, CT. She is also survived by nine grandchildren; ten great grandchildren and several nieces and nephews.
A memorial service will be held on Saturday, August 1st 2026 at 11:00 AM at the Westminster Presbyterian Church (1120 Harvey Ave, Greensburg, PA 15601).
