He was predeceased by : his grandparents, Joseph P. Murtha, Thresa and Raymond Burnsworth. He is survived by : his parents, Lee Anne Murtha Gavlak of Greensburg and Raymond M. Burnsworth of Connellsville; his sister Sarah Zagorce (Shawn) of Jeannette; his grandmother Patricia Murtha of Mt. Pleasant; and his pet Koji. He is also survived by several aunts, uncles, cousins and friends.
