She is survived by: her parents, Eleanor J. Smith (Mayerchak) and Youngwood; her husband Thomas M. Martin Sr.; her children, Amanda J. Hammond (Neil), Megan, Ivory (Eric), Greensburg and Thomas M. Martin Jr.; her wife Kayla G. of Hedgesville, W. V; and her grandchildren, Ethan, Noah, Gabrielle, Kenzie, Kailah, Kendall, Kourtney, Eli and Cashton.
