He was predeceased by: his parents, Walter Earl and Gilda V. Mazzagatti Leonard. He is survived by: his brother Francis; his parents-in-law, Andrew and Connie Kashurba; his wife Karen Kashurba Leonard; his brothers, Walter Leonard (Amy) of Maryland and Michael Leonard (Becky) of Georgia; his siblings-in-law, Kenneth Kashurba of Greensburg, Lee Leonard of South Dakota and Kathleen Kashurba of Greensburg; and his pet Sherman. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations in memory of Richard may be made to Hillman Cancer Center, UPMC Cancer Pavilion, Suite 1B, 5150 Centre Ave., Pittsburgh, PA 15232.
