He was predeceased by: his parents, Edward T. Sr. Ward and Dorothy Ward (Knotts); and his siblings, Bruce Ward and Carolyn Witkowsky. He is survived by: his wife Denise K. Ward (Korona) of Greensburg; his children, Richard A. Ward Jr. (Amy) of Amity, PA, Robin N. Nevin of Latrobe and Rhonda M. McCoy (Jason) of Latrobe; his siblings, Thomas E. Ward (Marla) of Prosperity, PA and Trudy M. Anderson (Kelvin) of Amity, PA; his grandchildren, Robert J. Nevin III, Ethan McCoy, Randy Nevin, Elisha McCoy, Dylan and Madison Ward; and his great grandchild Carson Nevin. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
