Charlotte left this world on October 31, 2025 at the age of 95, leaving a void in the lives of so many people. She was predeceased by: her parents, James Osborn and Melda Osborn (Freeland); her brother Robert Osborn; her friend Dick Bartosh; Ryan Burns.
She is survived by: her nieces, Salene Cowher (John), Robin Colley (John Gory), Stasha Campbell and Billie Zoe Osborn (Bill Garman); and her great-nieces and great-nephews, Chris Osborn (Claire), Brandon Burns, Dylan Garman, Roderick Cowher, Cambridge Springs of Jacob Campbell, OK and Joei Spencer (John). She is also survived by nine great- great nieces and nephews and four great, great, great nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Wednesday, November 5th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Robert L. Snyder Funeral Home and Crematory, Inc. (3223 Perry Hwy P. O. Box 195, Sheakleyville, PA 16151). A funeral service was held on Thursday, November 6th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
