She was predeceased by: her parents, John Mazurkewiz and Anna Mazurkewiz (Kudiak); her son Daniel A. Kelly; and her brother Robert Mazurkewiz. She is survived by: her husband Leon J. Kelly; her daughter Diane E. Kelly; her grandchildren, Erin Neiper (Craig) and Mark D. Smalley; her great grandchildren, Aidan and Aela Neiper; and her sister Rosalie Wright (Curtiss).
