We are sad to announce that on February 7, 2023, at the age of 73, Clifford Russell Barr of Grove City, Pennsylvania, born in Mercer, Pennsylvania passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by : his parents, Ted Barr and Josephine L. Barr (Riggs); his son Chad; and his sister Virginia "Ginny" Adams. He is survived by : his wife Jo-An Boles; his daughters, Kim and Mandy; and his sister Mary Jo Haag (Dennis). He is also survived by three grandchildren.
