She was predeceased by : her husband Clyde Lee Collins. She is survived by : her children, Carolyn Jeffers (Roger) and Terry L. Collins; and her sister-in-law Erma J. Reagle of Grove City, PA.. She is also survived by four grandchildren, a great grandson.
