Sterner, Jr. (Sandy), Beverly Sterner, Bradley Sterner (Tina) and Amy Harris (David); his daughter-in-law Vickie Sterner; his sister Carolyn Makepeace (Red); his son Jeffrey Sterner; and his siblings, Leslie, Donnie, Dale Sterner and Delores Strong. He is also survived by 13 grandchildren, 11 great grandchildren.
