He was predeceased by: his wife Betty J. Mazurkewiz; his son Daniel A. Kelly; and his siblings, Garnetta Kelly, Lucille Young, Helen, Wilda Mae Baseler, Fredrick, Cliffford L., Jr. and Thomas C. Kelly.
He is survived by: his daughter Diane E. Kelly; his grandchildren, Erin Neiper (Craig) and Mark D. Smalley (Samantha); and his great grandchildren, Aidan and Aela Neiper.
