Uschak (Grove City, Pennsylvania), born in Butler, Pennsylvania, who passed away on October 20, 2019, at the age of 103, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Wallace Bungar and Anna Bungar (Krenitsky); her husband Nicholas Uschak; her children, Barbara Bloch (Joseph) of Bloomfield Hills, MI, David B. Uschak (Louise) and Glenn T. Usechak; and her siblings, Jean Markiw of Butler, PA., Helen Devore, Alice Davis and John. She was also cherished by 2 grandchildren and 4 great grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers memorials can be made to the charity of the donor's choice.
