She was predeceased by: her parents, William Chester and Grace Alberta Shealy Thompson; her former husband Ronald Hoffman; her husband Philip A. Krisko; her sisters, Betty Richards and Gladis Hodge; and her son Gordon Chester Hoffman.
She is survived by: her children, Sue Black of Sandy Lake, Brenda King (Randy) of Bass City and Stephen Hoffman of Silver Springs, Florida; her son-in-law Richard Black (Kathy) of Hermitage, Pennsylvania.; her granddaughters, Tina Steffy (Ken) of Coraopolis, Kelli Sereday (Travis) of Stoneboro and Rochelle Gillen of Cleveland, Ohio; and her great grandchildren, Payton, Madeline Sereday, Kathryn Steffy and Blake Sereday.
