He was predeceased by: his parents, John Floyd and Hilda Louise Spencer (Williams); his wife Nancy L. Dickson; and his siblings, Mildred Ash, Betty Hancox, Patricia "Patty" Moon, Pearl Mathieson, Robert D., Kenneth, Jack W. and Glenn Spencer.
He is survived by: his daughter Laura B. Spencer of Philadelphia, PA; and his sister Bonna Lytle. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews.
Visitation was held on Wednesday, May 28th 2025 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Cunningham Funeral Home, Inc. (306 Bessemer Ave, Grove City, PA 16127). A funeral service will be held on Thursday, May 29th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
