She was predeceased by : her father Stephen J. Foriska; and her brother Stephen Foriska, II. She is survived by : her mother Regina M. Foriska (Genis); her husband Lawrence "Dutch" L. Barickman; her children, Keith Barickman (Shari) of Guys Mills, Stephenie Werner (Justin Green) of Meadville, Bret Barickman (Jenna) of Guys Mills, Marisa Phelan (Mark) of Saegertown and Tia Troyer (Jason) of Cambridge Springs; her grandchildren, Colton, Makenna (Tyler), Leo, Claudia (Cole), Clayton, Blake, Hadley, Wesley, Caralynn, Grant, Will, Lynnette, Leroy, Camden and Curtis; her great grandchild Camryn; and her brothers, David Foriska (Debra) of Meadville and Timothy Foriska (Diane) of Meadville. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and cousins.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests memorial contributions be made in Carol's name to the St. Hippolyte Roman Catholic Church, 25997 State Highway 27, Guys Mills, PA 16327.
