It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Shirley Mae Smith (Guys Mills, Pennsylvania), born in Meadville, Pennsylvania, who passed away on April 6, 2020, at the age of 85, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by : her parents, William Mook and Elmo Mook (Carrol); and her husband George E. "Smitty" Smith. She is survived by : her children, Debby Bosak (Ed) of Naples, FL, Jeff Smith (Jennifer) of Kansas, Sherri Holland (Bill) of Centerville, Kim Brunot (Mark) of Meadville and George D. Smith of Guys Mills; her grandchildren, Michele, Michael, Jessica, Jackie, Marissa, Heather, Justin and Nicole; and her siblings, Charlotte Hall of Saegertown, Bernie Mook (Bonnie) of Ohio and Art Mook (Gracie) of Mosiertown. She is also survived by ten great grandchildren.
