We are sad to announce that on August 29, 2021, at the age of 75, Edward H. Lentz of Halifax, Pennsylvania, born in Lancaster, Pennsylvania passed away. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Edward H. Lentz to pay them a last tribute.

He was predeceased by : his parents, Richard Berntheizel Lentz and Ruth Elizabeth Lentz (Crumb); and his spouse Lynn Lentz (Stuppy). He is survived by : his children, Jeff T. Lentz (Amy) of Elizabethville, Matthew D. Lentz (Mara) of Carlisle and Danielle N. Viars (Jamie) of Halifax; his grandchildren, Mackenzie, Hunter, Chase, Saige, Gabriel, Emma and Nora; his brother Norm Lentz (Christine) of Apple Valley, MN; his nieces and nephews, Rich, Mike, Kathie, Greg, Alex and Megan; and his significant other Cindy Shade of Gratz.

The family requests that memorial donations may be made to the Leukemia and Lymphoma Society, 101 Erford Rd suite 201, Camp Hill, PA 17011.
