He is survived by: his wife Renee Elise Dieter (Davis); his sons, Barth, Jr. (Aiyanna L. Dieter) and Brandon Dieter; his close friend Saleena M. Alcala; his siblings, Garry Dieter of Kempton, Darryl (Barbara Dieter) of Kempton, Debra Bissell of Kempton, Rhonda (Hector Melendez) and Marcella (Michael Madtes); and his grandsons, Brayden Dieter and Brantley Dieter.
