She was predeceased by: her parents, Leonard Krefski and Leona Kazlauskas Krefski; her husband Joseph F. Warakomski; and her brother Leonard Krefski. She is survived by: her children, Joseph S. Warakomski of Hanover Twp, John M. Warakomski (Elaine) of Midland, MI, Diane Kolessar (Michael) of Eagleville, PA and Denise Lee (Nicholas) of King; her grandchildren, Michael Warakomski (Kristin), David Warakomski, Elizabeth Hassett (Bryan), Michael Kolessar, Nicholas Lee (Laura) of Keizer and Gregory Lee; her great grandchildren, Hayley Diane Hassett and Graham Joseph Hassett; and her siblings, Jerome Krefski (Jeanne) of Cape May, NJ, Vincent Krefski (Sharon) of Zephyrhills, FL, Louis Krefski (Beth) of Ludlow, VT and Mary Krefski of Hanover Twp. She is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, great nieces and great nephews.

In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to Pennsylvanians for Human Life, St. Robert Bellarmine Parish, or a charity of the donor's choice in Phyllis' memory.
