Stiner (Hanover, Pennsylvania), born in Ebensburg, Pennsylvania, who passed away on May 11, 2018, at the age of 94, leaving to mourn family and friends. Cleo was predeceased by: spouse Leland G. Stiner; and parent Thomas Smith. Cleo is survived by: parent Viola Smith; sisters, Jane McGary of Seattle, WA and June Winning of Nanty Glo, PA; children, Connie Lee Holby of Hanover, Gene Leland Stiner (Gretchen) of Spring Grove and Beth Renee Leedy (Joseph) of Hanover; grandchildren, Angelea Groff (Holby), Michael Holby, Sonya Oliver of Penn Run, PA, Timothy Holby (Deanna) of Pittsburgh, PA, Lindsey Holby of Hanover, Jonathan Stiner (Jenna) of Spring Grove, PA, David Stiner (Lauren) of Spring Grove, PA, Alicia Leedy of Hanover, PA, Jenna Ako (Isidore) of Hanover and Senior Airman James Leedy (Melissa); and great grandchildren, Nicholas, Tyler, Lexi, Hailey, Danielle, Hannah, Ashlynn, Kennedy, Kofi, Alexis, Caleb, Jackson, Harper and Sika.
