She was predeceased by: her parent Ruth Hottinger (Ashbaugh). She is survived by: her spouse Stewart Dallas "Sam" Harner, Jr.; her children, Susan H. Piper (Norman) of Hanover, David D. Harner and Steven D. Harner; her grandchildren, Suzzette Sponseller (Mark) of East Berlin, Laura Harris (Phil) of Georgia, Scott Knaub of Hanover and David D. Harner, Jr.; her wife Jackie of New Oxford; her great grandchildren, Phil, Lynthany and Tristan; her brother John Hottinger of Frederick, MD.; and also, Kate Moyer (Cody) of Harrisburg and Alex Harner of Hanover.
In lieu of flowers, contribution in memory of Delta Harner may be made to the VNA Hospice, 440 North Madison Street, Hanover, PA 17331.
