He was predeceased by: his parent Clarence "Butch". He is survived by: his spouse Bonnie Newton (Briggs); his parent Miriam Newton (Catherman); his son Stephen Ray Newton of Hanover; his siblings, Timm Newton of Beaver Falls and Gayla Filby of New Brighton, PA; and his aunt Darlas Bango of Monaca, PA. He is also survived by several cousins, nieces and nephews.
