He was predeceased by: his parent Robert O. Turner; and his brother Carl Turner. He is survived by: his parent Shirley J. Turner (Warner); and his siblings, Sharon Breighner (Mike), Donna Heiser Turner, Dean Turner (Mitz), Jean Turner, Tina Costley (Darrell), Bev Turner and Teresa Turner (Stair).
