He was predeceased by: his parent Mary Anna Matthews Riley; and his brother James R. Riley. He is survived by: his parent Paul R. Riley of Hanover; his sons, Tyler Wagner, Wesley Riley and Gary L. Riley, Jr.; and his brothers, Randy E. Riley, Ricky L. Riley (Joan) and Paul M. Riley.
