Flanagan (Hanover, Pennsylvania), born in Brooklyn, New York, who passed away on July 1, 2018, at the age of 66, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parent Charles Licardi. She is survived by: her spouse Dennis T. Flanagan, Sr.; her parent Josephine Licardi (Calabrese); her children-in-law, Frank, Dave and Karen; and her grandchildren, Breanna, Frankie, Andrew, Zachary, Madison, Katelyn and Blake.
