He was predeceased by: his parents, George Andrew Riley, Sr. and Mary Virginia Grafton Riley; and his sister Dorothy Rosenberger. He is survived by: his wife Gail Sears Riley; his children, Stacey Riley (Eldon) of North Carolina and Dru Riley (Amber) of Hanover, PA; his grandchildren, Quinn Riley (Alex), Samuel and Morgan; and his siblings, Edgar Riley of Shrewsbury, PA and Ann Riley of Belair, MD..
Visitation will be held on Saturday, September 13th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:30 AM at the Eckhardt Funeral Chapel (3296 Charmil Dr, Manchester, MD 21102). A memorial service will be held on Saturday, September 13th 2025 at 11:30 AM at the same location.
