He is survived by: his parents, Betty Jane Kosh and Fred Johnson of Mechanicsburg, PA.; his wife Anell; and his children, Nathan (Adrienne), Phillip (Carrie), Seanne (Robert), Kerre (Chris) and Jara (Stephen).
