He was predeceased by: his parent Ramon Santiago. He is survived by: his parent Christina Santiago; his husband Carolene Santiago; his children, Brandy Lunsford (Darren Lunsford) of Dover and Shane Santiago (Christin) of Pulaski, PA; and his grandchildren, Tyler Santiago, Carissa Prestopine, Maxx Lunsford, Dominic, Analeah, Amiyah, Jaden and Doren Santiago.

In lieu of flowers, contributions in memory of Hank may be sent to the Hanover Community Church, 1959 Smith Station Road, Hanover, PA 17331.
