He was predeceased by: his parent Arch V.; and his brothers, Jack Dye, Howard Dye, Bently Dye and Otis Dye.
He is survived by: his parent Rose M. Dye (Hagy); his children, Jennifer L. Ryan of Manchester, MD, Gail L. Dye, Paul Furry of Hanover, Jerry L. Dye Jr. of Marydel, MD, Lisa G. Dye of Centerville, MD and John E. Dye (Stephanie) of Cordova, MD; and his sisters, Sue Butcher of Chapmanville, WV and Linda Kleeman (Ken) of Hamilton, NJ.. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, grandchildren, and friends.
