He was predeceased by: his parents, Paul Submarine and Katie Gladfelter Sipling; and his siblings, Robert Sipling, Paul Sipling Jr. (June), Richard Sipling, Sterling Sipling (Butch), Nancy Grim, Mary Miller, Earl Sipling and Joseph Sipling.
He is survived by: his children, Annette Marie Hare (Ricky), Kenneth Edward Sipling, Jr. and Brian Keith Sipling (Misty); his grandchildren, Trey, Tessa Hare and Megan Sipling; his former wife Karen; and his siblings, Harvey Sipling, William Sipling, Lou Sipling, Gloria Soullaird (Sis) and Ruth Hockensmith. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
