She was predeceased by: her parent Jerome L.. She is survived by: her spouse Fred H. Shoemaker; her parent Lottie Meckley Small; her children, Herbert Shoemaker (Shoko) of Washougal, WA, Fred B. Shoemaker (Cecilia) of York and Judith A. Foreman (William) of Hanover; and her sister Nadine Small Hollinger of Myrtle Beach, SC. She is also survived by ten grandchildren; and 18 great-grandchildren.
