She was predeceased by: her parent John Meckley; and her siblings, Dick Meckley, Charles Meckley, Madaline Krumrine and Charlotte Blank.
She is survived by: her parent Viola Fullerton; her spouse Stephen I. Smith; her children, Stephen C. Smith (Joan) of Hanover, George E. Smith (Brenda) of Hanover, Mary Ann Hawk of Hanover and Rose Marie Hensley of Knoxville, TN; her grandchildren, Christy, Kimberlyn, Stephen, Travis, Michelle and Stacey; and her brother Paul Meckley of Dallas, TX..
