He was predeceased by: his parent Edward Raber; his son Kenneth Raber; and his brother Mark Raber. He is survived by: his parent Pauline G. Raber (Henry); his wife Barbara; his children, Gary Milburn of Hanover, PA, Deborah Sponseller of New Oxford, PA, Connie Staub of Spring Grove, PA, Keith Raber of New Oxford, PA, Paul Raber of Hanover, PA, Phillis Hoff of Spring Grove, PA and Breita Stahl of Hanover, PA; and his brother Donald Raber of York, PA.. He is also survived by nine grandchildren; seven great-grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made in Phil's memory to Living Faith Church, 1490 Frederick Pike, Littlestown, PA 17340.
