Ray Sterner Obituary
With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Ray Sterner (Hanover, Pennsylvania), who passed away on February 25, 2018 at the age of 81. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parent Delphia Sterner; his daughter Rae Ann Ayers (Sterner); and his siblings, Gerald Sterner, Thelma Mummert (Sterner) and Dolores Kessler (Sterner).
He is survived by: his parent Mary Ellen Sterner (Wildasin); his wife Sylvia; his children, Alan Sterner (Wanda) of Hanover, PA, Laurie Zeigler (Sterner) and Sara Hagler (Sterner); his grandchildren, Katie Null (Sterner), Jared Ayers, Joel Ayers, Emily Rhodes (Sterner), Jeremiah Ayers and Brayden Hagler; his brother James Sterner of Atlanta, GA.; and his sister-in-law Sonnie Stein (Reck).
In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made in Ray's memory to The Rae Ann Ayers Scholarship Fund at Lancaster Bible College 901 Eden Rd Lancaster PA 17601.
