Becker; his significant other James Farver of Abbottstown; and his son Alvin C. Becker, II of Hanover.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made in Richard's name to St. Paul's Lutheran Church, 1240 Broadway, Hanover, PA 17331.
