It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Richard F. Messinger of Hanover, Pennsylvania, who passed away on December 19, 2020, at the age of 87, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Ralph E. Messinger and Emma Amspacher Messinger. He is survived by: his wife Connie; his children, Cindy Messinger Louey (Russ) of Haymarket, VA, Richard Messinger (Deana) of Dillsburg, Candy Messinger of Hanover and Rodney Messinger (Stephanie) of Hanover; his grandchildren, Russell, Kevin Louey, Heidi, Craig and Blair Messinger; and his great grandchildren, Dylan and Colin. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
