Overly (Nitterright); his sons, Michael R. Overly (Amy) of Los Alamitos, CA and Steven D. Overly (Donna) of Leander, TX; his grandchildren, Emma Overly, Daniel Overly and Christopher Overly; and his brother Zane D. Overly (Linia). He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
